BP’s need to recruit process technicians while also increasing the diversity of its workforce required identifying and then target a very specific audience.

Research provided us with the right media channels that encompassed online advertising such as Facebook and digital displays, while creative messaging was drawn from current employee insights. As well as delivering on campaign objectives, the campaign was also recognised in the CareerOne Awards for Multimedia Advertising.
