The ‘Discover the Difference’ campaign aim was primarily to fill 23 roles in the specialised fields of science, engineering and manufacturing.

Along with an outline of each role, we also had the opportunity to show the new direction of IRL, what they stand for, and what makes them a unique company to work with.

We created a series of print ads for major metro papers and some specialised publications, both locally and internationally based.

The nature of the roles and the level of qualification and experience required of applicants made audience targeting essential. To help with our sourcing, we used contextually-based advertising called ‘Now Hiring’ to help reach the passive audience while they read their daily news online.

Tapping into these unique audiences, we also advertised on specialised websites to attract the crème de la crème of science and engineering gurus.
