In February 2018, Finbar launched the sale of a multi-storey commercial and residential development in Applecross, Perth. Adcorp was tasked with developing a brand identity for the development and launched an integrated marketing/digital campaign.
A strategic approach
Applecross is an affluent and highly desirable southern suburb address in Perth. The historical identity and community of the suburb played an important role in creating the brand for the development. Adcorp developed a brand that paid homage to the rich history of the suburb.
We created a personality for Sabina and created different messages during the different phases for the different target audiences. Media used included online, TVC, radio, press, outdoor and digital.
